qualification and participation

Japan did not participate in "Combined Team Event". Colombia participated in men's event and Ukraine in women's event. Women's event had 19 teams, Brazil also did not participate. But I don't know how did COL & UKR qualify. --Pelmeen10 (talk) 16:58, 24 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
