• The first sentence of the lead needs to be what it is; it jumps right into the formation, which makes it confusing.
• Vanuatu should be linked on first appearance, rather than later on.
• A few of the comma placements are kinda odd, such as "This was because Cyclone Innis, was expected to affect the countries once it had merged with an trough of low pressure,"
