Name?

So, the storm was named Mahasen operationally, but IMD renamed it for archive purposes to Viyaru... How should we handle this in the article title? What about Cyclone Mahasen–Viyaru? Likewise, how to deal with referring to it in the MH? ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 02:43, 12 April 2014 (UTC)

Cyclone Mahasen–Viyaru throughout sounds good to me - the same should be done for Hurricane Hiki which was named Able by Robert Simpson.Jason Rees (talk) 21:42, 7 August 2014 (UTC)

It's been renamed entirely, so I believe we should follow suit but keep mention that it was operationally named Mahasen. Cyclonebiskit (talk) 21:57, 20 August 2014 (UTC)
