Nominations for the Nobel Prize are sealed for 50 years from the year of nomination. Although press releases state that Basinet was one a member of a group "nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize" there is no way that this can be substantiated until those nominations have been released by the Nobel committee, who are the only possible source for this.
