Date of birth
editCyriak has stated on Twitter [1] that the date of birth listed in the article is wrong. The source given for the date was a website "celebsages.com" [2] that reads to me as formulaic and non-journalistic, and seems to be part of a network of pages with similar celebrity-related information (such as celebsmoney.com and birthdayanswers.com). There is no indication where the web page itself got its information. This is no reliable source, and I am therefore removing the problematic birth date as poorly sourced, as per WP:BLP. Birth name

- The BMD register is a problem because it's WP:PRIMARY and doesn't give much evidence that you're looking at the right person by that name. I wouldn't remove it, but nor would I rely on it alone. Andy Dingley (talk) 17:02, 29 January 2020 (UTC)
- Yes, I agree. Keeping it with a "better source required" tag would be better. There are three entries at FreeBD for a Morgan Harris, born between 1970 and 1980. But that's the only one with the name Cyriak. So I doubt very much it's "incorrect" But I guess that's WP:OR. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:13, 29 January 2020 (UTC)

he was born in cyriak's place of birth, in a country mostly known for being where cyriak was born- it was reverted because it had no source backing it up. if you can find one, you can add the date back with the source cogsan • (give me attention) • (see my deeds) 14:34, 6 October 2023 (UTC)
- The BBC Report on him puts his age at 32 in 2006. This would mean he was born around 1974. Can't find a specific date but I feel like that's better than nothing. PercyManthey (talk) 14:33, 14 October 2023 (UTC)
Place of birth
editThe single source supporting the claim that he was "from Brighton" is the 2010 The Guardian article by Peter Bradshaw which says: "Brighton-based animator" and "Brighton-based visual artist". So I don't think the infobox should claim he he was born in Brighton. The FreeBMD entry here says he was born in Alton, Hampshire. I can see no reason to doubt it.
