editThis is a good start. A summary diagram would be a very useful aid. T.Shafee(Evo&Evo)talk 13:37, 13 October 2017 (UTC)

editOverall, this is an excellent article. The word count may be an issue as you're still a little short of the 1500 word minimum, probably because it is hard to find enough sources to provide that much information. That's the problem I am having. Your sources look very good; all are reputable, unbiased journals. Great job keeping the article very neutral as well. I like how you broke up the Cytokinin Response Regulators into their types and described each individually. My only suggestion is that if you're looking to increase your word count, maybe go into a bit more detail regarding the Histidine Phosphotransfer proteins. You may be able to get more words by describing other ways in which the Histidine phosphotransfer proteins in Arabidopsis thaliana affect many aspects of plant development. What functional overlaps occur specifically? Extending that section may at least get you over the 1000 word mark. Great article! Dilloncoulter (talk) 22:33, 12 November 2017 (UTC)
What is this article about?
editThe article's name doesn't make much sense. Is it about cytokinin signaling or about Response Regulators? Also the first sentence "A cytokinin signaling and response regulator protein is a plant protein" - Cytokinin signaling is not a protein. As the article mentions all members of CK signaling cascade (receptors, HPTs, RRs), I guess it should be named Cytokinin signaling.
