- @Ian (Wiki Ed), I could have been more clear, sorry. Specifically the paragraph starting with "The Enzyme Commission (EC) number is a way to classify..." is detected as AI-generated by undetectable.ai. I think that's the paragraph I pasted there when I added that tag. I'm not 100% sure about it, but that and the kind of textbooky style of the article made me think it may be AI.
