Hamburger Lady?

edit

Should Hamburger Lady have its own article, given that its lyrics originate from a true story about a severely burnt woman and the subsequent effort by the burn nurses to revive her, and it's a significant song in TG's discography, as well as their most popular? --71.183.80.82 (talk) 15:52, 31 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

No, a section on this album page is enough. Even if that song ends up most of the page. Irtapil (talk) 12:55, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Genre

edit

I think the Genres should match the band page - Throbbing Gristle - unless this album is unusual? I didn't find this band till the 2010s, so I don't really listen in albums, but I know Hamburger Lady and it seems typical enough for the band. So I think the genres added by @TuaamWiki: should be put back. Irtapil (talk) 13:02, 17 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Well this album is noted as one of the forerunners of Industrial Music and as such it only carries that genre - technically there are parts of it which cover harsh noise, ambient, post-punk, and even synthpop. But at the end of the day it is really just an industrial album because of the concept. TuaamWiki (talk) 00:06, 24 February 2024 (UTC)Reply
