editI removed the commentary about the d66 being used on older Games Workshop products because Warhammer 40000: Rogue Trader, Warhammer Fantasy Battle 1st ed, and Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay along with most other of their early games. These games all used d100, and even d1000 in some extremely rare cases, such as the Slaves to Darkness random mutaion table. The first time I recall seeing the d66 was Necromunda, which I would not call one of their early games at all.

What in the world is a D66?
