I can find no source clearly stated the surveys were carried out after 1999. I can find no website offering newer data sets, for free or for sale. Nor can I find any source stating they were discontinued. It is as if they were popularized in 1999 by Putnam, people use the datasets he obtained of up to 1998, and then the survey disappears back into near perfect obscurity.
