Some expansion needed
editCould someone explain what is meant by "the Director" in the first sentence of the second paragraph ("DM Lyrae was detected in outburst by the Director visually..."). For example, is the Director a particular individual, the name of some software, or a piece of equipment?
Also in the same paragraph it says "Due to its position, coverage of the star is difficult during the winter months,...". Presumably, this is from the point of view of a particular observatory. Astronaut 15:23, 24 July 2006 (UTC)
- I have made some attempt at clarifing observation difficulties for major observatories in the northern and southern hemispheres. Astronaut 00:46, 15 July 2007 (UTC)
