editMuch as a troublehooting guide is useful I do wonder whether or not this is appropriate for an encyclopedia, perhaps it could be labelled as common problems / solutions?

editit is almost impossible to overstate how bad the detection segment is NO ONE does diphenylamine any more; that was obsolete years ago
