FM to DVB-C?
editIs it possible to multiplex all local FM stations into a DVB-C package? --84.61.142.120 (talk) 11:35, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
- It is possible to capture local stations from RF, digitize, compress and multiplex them into the Transport Stream. I do not know about licensing. --Cantalamessa (talk) 18:09, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
DVB-C2 usage?
editWhere is DVB-C2 in use?--89.13.131.155 (talk) 21:24, 27 February 2015 (UTC)
- That is a very good question. I tried to look into it, but I don't really have any particular knowledge about broadcasting and I don't know where to look, so two hours of searching gave me only some news about tests being carried out, and eventually a news article with a video coupled with a summary that implies that C2 was never adopted. I posted the video article in the list of {{refideas}} at the top, it's the last bullet point with this edit, but I never watched the video. Regards. --Mango från yttre rymden (talk) 00:14, 28 November 2022 (UTC)
