editWhile mentioning non-aviation uses of airports is appropriate, this section appears to be copy-pasted and is not in proper tense. This section needs to be rewritten and proper sources attributed. (N419BH (talk) 13:59, 7 April 2010 (UTC))
Ochopee, Florida?
editGoogle Maps claims this airport is in Ochopee, Florida. Any truth to this? ---------User:DanTD (talk) 21:37, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
- User:DanTD, Correct it is and here are the references confirming such, first from the City of Miami Department of Aviation Website which give the address in Ochopee in Collier County, click here, the second reference is from Google Maps Streets a sign at airport's the main gate showing the airport location click here. Also as a point of reference I fly in my Piper M350 from my home airport in North Florida to KTNT (Approximately 1 hour 10 minute flight time) for touch and go practice without the interference of other aircraft such as commercial jets, small private aircraft etc... It is actually a nice airport even through there is no FBO, no fuel and lots and lots of alligators and crocodiles. Hope this information answers your question.
