but as the cofounder of a notable company,. he probably is notable. The criterion for deletion is unsourceable, not unsourced. Have you even tried to find sources. Well five years later still needs work. For example, the TIBCO page does not mention him as a founder. I suspect he was involved in some way, but we need more reliable sources to verify what it was specifically, and use more neutral language.
