How I dislike these 1911 EB articles - more trouble than they are worth much of the time! I've made some initial tweaks but more work is required to bring this article into the C21st. cheers Geopersona (talk) 06:21, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

Stratigraphic inversion
edit@Geopersona: The current stratigraphic order used in the article, youngest to oldest, feels the wrong way up to me. If there's no objection I'll reorder it with the oldest first. Mikenorton (talk) 09:22, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
@Geopersona: Well I've discovered that there appears to be no consistency in the order that sequences are described, in the literature, on Wikipedia, and even the units that I've worked on here (e.g. Harwich Formation), so there's no call for a change, sorry for the confusion - I've struck the above.
