Seriously, what is this chap notable for? Being a local bureaucrat at some faraway city and being high-up in a local transport company? Is that all it takes to have a Wikipedia page these days? He's probably a lovely bloke, a hard-working manager and a wonderful father but these aren't job positions for which there should be Wikipedia pages for every incumbent. If he were CEO of a national train company or mayor of a captial city, fair enough, but that's not the case; he's a local bureaucrat. Did he bring in any significant changes in policy which spread any further than the local city? Was he involved in a scandal that attracted national or international attention?
