Including Arkansas

edit

It doesn't matter if he was hired - he never coached for Arkansas, and he won't be recognized as a head coach by the school. Bobby Cremins isn't recognized as a University of South Carolina head coach, Gregg Marshall isn't recognized as a College of Charleston head coach, and Rick Majerus isn't recognized as a University of Southern California head coach. Altman isn't going to break the mold. --fuzzy510 18:18, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

You are right, he shouldn't be listed as a former Arkansas coach, but some mention of the abortive job change should be retained. What's the matter with this version? --rogerd 17:15, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
That one looks fine to me. The Bobby Cremins page mentions his acceptance of the South Carolina job and his subsequent change of mind. I agree that this page should at least mention the Arkansas job. Aardvark92 05:37, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

"His 1992–93 club perpetuated a Kansas State tradition."

- From the section on Kansas State

There's no clear indication what tradition was perpetuated, that should be remedied. Of less importance, using "perpetuated" typically infers continuing some belief or fallacy which is untrue. RandomMTUser212 (talk) 09:26, 9 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
