@Nzd: At Bill Hooper, I originally used a Newsbank copy of a Northern Echo page (which I imagine was the same as the Durham Advertiser page), but that became inaccessible without a login. Replaced it with an archive copy of an accessmylibrary link, which I also used on Carl, and that was deleted from both when they had a purge on archive.is. Archive.is is now acceptable again, so the copy is here. You have to scroll down several miles to find mention of Daniel and Carl.
