He has even conned money from his own children (At least 5) and ex-wives (at least 4). Burns is constantly scamming and lieing. Every word that comes out of his mouth is either a lie or roid rage comments.

Canada’s Greatest Con Artist
editBe careful who you idolize. This known criminal goes into communities, con’s unsuspecting people into investing with him for house builds or renovations then finds any way he can to not pay them.
He then runs away to other communities to do the same.
He is also a known criminal spending plenty of time in jail.

One of Canada’s scuzziest individuals
editThis scuzzbag has stolen money from an incredible amount of people. He has conned people into investing in his home building and renovation “projects” then hires trades people and rarely pays them unless they put leins against him. Even then he plays chicken with them forcing court or legal proceedings.
He has even scammed his own children out of significant amounts of money.
