- Interesting related note: Daryl Laub's son Ethan Laub Adam originally named Ethan Adam John Laub a professional actor, has appeared in soaps such as Young & The Restless, Bold & The Beautiful (CBS)and General Hospital (ABC) and has guest starred on such shows as the New Adam 12 (Fox) in the early 1990s along with a great deal of theatre credit both in Minneapolis and Los Angeles (55 stage plays to date). Ethan continues to do free-lance radio and television commercials and currently works for CBS Radio in Minneapolis. Ethan got his childhood acting start appearing often on the last T.N.Tatters show in the late 1960s what was called "The Red Barn Show With T.N.Tatters". Ethan Adam lives in Minnetonka, Minnesota near his father Daryl. His parents Daryl & Nikki Beach Laub (Nikki passed away 11/02/08)were actors in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market...in the 1940s and early 1950s they were hired to build CBS Radio stations (Columbia Broadcasting System stations) in the southern part of the U.S. They later returned to the "Twin Cities" to local Radio and TV. Daryl worked at WCCO TV, WCCO Radio,WTCN TV and KSTP TV. Ethan Adam studied acting at Mac Phail School for Acting and has acted at the famous Guthrie Theater, Actors Theatre Of St. Paul and was a company actor at Park Square Theatre Of St. Paul. Ethan's legal name is now Ethan Laub Adam and graduated from Hopkins Lindbergh High School of Minnetonka.
