Promotional likely paid content

I'm seeing a lot of this 'paid content' throughout the article. It looks like a chunk of it was removed a few weeks ago as well. I'm reviewing/deleting this content and would appreciate any help in doing so.

For example, there is information about Datto employees during hurricane sandy that is just completely irrelevant. And the growth numbers definitely look like a paid addition. X70Tons (talk) 14:01, 4 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

The above account is a blocked sock of the undisclosed paid editing company previously involved in the article. MarioGom (talk) 10:20, 4 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Editing the Page

We had someone working on the page who didn't really understand Wikipedia and we thought it was okay. Now we know we're not supposed to do this. Is it possible to get the flag taken down or what do we have to do in order to make this happen? Or is it your view @MarioGom: that the page can't be normal? DTRep, could you clarify who "we" is and who worked on the page on your behalf? Thanks. -- Blablubbs (talk) 16:12, 23 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
One of our employees who claimed they understood Wikipedia's rules. And to clarify, "we" would be our team. DTRep (talk) 19:29, 27 July 2021 (UTC)Reply
@DTRep, you are required by our terms of use and our paid contribution disclosure policy to disclose your employer (who is paying you), client (on whose behalf you are editing) and affiliation (other relevant connections). Could you please do so? Thank you. --Blablubbs (talk) 10:36, 28 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

Recent acquisition

I find it odd that the article refers to the company in the past tense, that it has been "dissolved" and exists as a "brand name only". Datto was purchased and is a subsidiary of Kaseya, but continues to operate out of the same headquarters, with the same products as before the transition. The article lede makes it sound like operations were wound down and only exists as a logo, in the fashion of PanAm. --Bridgecross (talk) 02:47, 18 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
