College Career

edit

This article needs some significant work on his college career, which was an extremely significant part of his career as well as the history of the football program at the University of Central Florida. Leonffs (talk) 18:47, 19 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

  • Someone keeps deleting his college career. It was an important part of who he is and what he means to the Central Florida community. If you are trying to cut down on sections then pull from somewhere else. He set NCAA records while in college and is the only player to have his number retired at UCF.

Knee injury

edit

I remember reading an article on NFL.com where a surgeon specialist was qouted as saying something regarding a long term/permanent impact on the knee, which would make back-peddling very painfull as well as drawing speculation as to wether or not culpepper will ever be able to play again - ever. problem is i can't find the article now to reference it, any help? Although I can't help you with referencing, I will say this: should Culpepper continue to play, he'll never be the same. That injury has rendered him all but immobile, and I doubt he will ever see the same kind of success he had earlier in his career again. 66.80.212.78 20:15, 12 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fumbles

edit

Dante has the highest fumble percentage in the history of the NFL for QB's. Thank goodness we can move on to the future with hopefully a young QB, but McCombs jobbed us. The Vikings are nothing with out Randy Moss. -TheNew Medici

Too many sections

edit

This article has way too many sections. Every season or phase of his life doesn't need its own two sentence section. Trevor GH5 18:00, 9 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

WikiProject class rating

edit

This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as start, and the rating on other projects was brought up to start class. BetacommandBot (talk) 18:38, 5 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Birthplace

edit

Was he really born in Richmond? nfl.com, ESPN, CBS Sports, and Yahoo Sports all say he was born in Ocala, FL... -Elmer Clark (talk) 01:16, 24 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Edit Regarding Weight

edit

I made an edit regarding Culpepper's weight. There's no way the guy weighs 280 pounds, I just checked his nfl.com profile page and it says 260. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.216.146.46 (talk) 03:17, 5 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Interest by 49ers

edit

I believe I just heard something about him possibly making a return to the NFL. He's going to work out with the 49ers soon. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.155.41.43 (talk) 05:26, 15 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
