I just noticed this biography of me and am flattered that someone made this effort. There several factual errors that need correction (birthdate 3-22-1951) and I was one of first ESPN freelance play-by-play sportscasters, debuting in Dec 1 1979 at UConn-Yale basketball game. Also done ESPN play-by-play of football; mens and womens basketball; college baseball; softball; lacrosse; soccer; boxing; wrestling; track and field; crew. Other notable career highlights: TV play-by-play Syracuse football and basketball on WIXT Syracuse; Washington Bullets on 1982-83 on WDCA-TV; ABC Radio Sports Anchor 1988-94; NY Yankees TV play-by-play on MSG Network 1995-96; Atlanta Braves host and TV play-by-play 1997 on SportsSouth; Braves pre/post game radio WSB 1998-2001; actor Glory,Road; Ruffian; One Tree Hill; Trouble with Curve; Eastbound and Down. Also image voice for NASCAR; promo voice for,CNN; i have also coached athletes and coaches-turned broadcasters for ESPN, the NFL and others. Married Kathleen RN-MPA in 1978 and she is the model for the character Malory on the animated series "Archer". Sons Jamie 42 and Andrew 32.
