Etimology
editDoes his last name mean anything? Is it maybe connected with the place of origin? Or maybe çırak?--Antidiskriminator (talk) 19:20, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- Çirak means apprentice yes. But I don't know how it is tied to his life or his background. Proudbolsahye (talk) 21:21, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
- I don't insist on it, but Çirak (English: apprentice) is word tied to his family name which usually provide certain bacground. --Antidiskriminator (talk) 21:56, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
Quotation
editBased on essay about Wikipedia:Quotations:
- Do not put quotations in italics unless the material would otherwise call for italics
- Long quotations crowd the actual article and remove attention from other information.
- Items within quotations should not generally be linked; instead, consider placing the relevant links in the surrounding text or in the "See also" section of the article. link
I propose to shorten long quotation (1914 characters) to as short sentence as possible, remove italics formatting and wikilinks from items within quotations.--Antidiskriminator (talk) 19:27, 12 December 2012 (UTC)
