editI just added references to some published interviews of David Hobby, and a reference to a MacWorld article by David Hobby.
Please hang on, I am writing an article on Strobist, the biggest reason this person is notable. Strobist is a quite popular blog (150,000 visitors per month, 1,5 million hits per month) by Hobby that teaches about photographic lighting for free.
