Removal of Waterloo U Pres

I've removed

• David Johnson, President of the University of Waterloo.

By luck, i found UW's next president: David Johnston, bcz it notes that

The Ontario minister of education, David Johnson, doesn't even spell his name the same way.

So i'm adding

• Johnston, David L., (b. 1940 or 1941), Canadian jurist & academic administrator

to List of people by name: Joh#Johnst and leaving

• David Johnson, Ontario minister of education as of 1998 for someone who thinks he's notable enuf to worry about.

I decided to return the cinematographer & the American soccer player to the article since each is linked to a few articles (5 and 3, respectively).
