editIn spite of the long list of books written this is actually a stub. In fact, other than the (very) long list of books written it is 2 sentences long! And should the long list even be kept? RJFJR 14:47, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
disambig needed?
editThere is apprently a second author by the name of David L. Robbins. See [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], and [8]. This second David L. Robbins has apparently written 8 historical or "histoprical thriller" novels. 205.210.232.62 (talk) 20:27, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Source for name?
editThe only cited source is FantasticFiction.co.uk, and the page linked to gives the name as David Robbins, without the "L". Could there be a confusion with the "other" David L. Robbins, mentioned above? 205.210.232.62 (talk) 20:36, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- If you follow the link in the bottom of the page (authors homepage), it says David L. Robbins. /Lokal_Profil 02:53, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- Not to my eyes. The link title, here on wikipedia, says "David L." The text on the home page says "To date David Robbins has written hundreds of books under his own name and various pen names." I find no text on the drobbins site that uses a middle inital for his name. What did I miss? Based on the refrences avaialble, the ISFDB has decided to assign this author the cannonical name of "David Robbins", and to assign "David L. Robbisn" to a different author. 205.210.232.62 (talk) 16:45, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
