Admittedly, I did not know much about this person when I created this article a month ago. For a bit background of my motivation, let me explain. I enjoy watching vintage television and movies. Often on GSN or some dollar DVD, I will come across a person that seems like I should know them but I don't. I immediately turn to my cellphone and use a mobile wikipedia. This has sated my curiosity for most of the mystery guests on whats my line, and other 60s era celebs. This did not work for the subject of this biography. So, I started to doa little research on the man, and I found just how active he was, and what notable projects he was a part of. I vowed to create my first article. Being a newbie in article creation, for something of this stature, I announce a request for help on the top of this page. Within days, it caught the attention of some other users. One, seemed to be almost as enthusiastic as one could be. Another seemed very suspicious of my motives and tagged the heck out of it for citations and notability etc. I took that as a challenge, and scoured resources for the purpose of documenting the many anecdotes about the subject of this article.

I read the reliable policies and found it was pretty stringent so I choose to include a lot of print material. Fortunately, almost all the print references I use have at least snippet page scans in google book search to make verification simple. Otherwise, ladies, its off to the library. Here is my most questionable admission. But first a background. When I hear a rumor, I usually go tot he source, and say what I have heard, and ask them if its true. When the photo tag came up on this, and knowing I could not just snag a pic willy nilly, I did some searching other venues. I found the subject of this articles facebook and myspace presence. Not knowing if they were even really him, I contacted them anyway. My rational was, even if they were fakes, they would be super fans, and would most likely be able to point me in the direction of some good bibliographic material. I am no stranger to research, and currently hold a Master of Science degree in Economics. Well, it turns out it is the real person. Short of DNA testing, I have undoubtable evidence it is him, or at the very least knowledgable insider. But that relationship antedates the creation of this article. I explain that even though I "believe" something to be true, without a source to back it up, I will not keep it.

A good example of this is the elvis movies. At first I had 4 (maybe five I forget) Elvis Films. But when I did a cursory for movies they were paired in, I only came up with three. At that point I sourced the three and changed the phrase to "at least Three". Recently someone gave me the name of the fourth, and I dutifully looked it up, and confirmed, and added the cite and changed the wording of the phrase. This is my example of a neutral point of view. My educational background has trained me to avoid absolutes. I believe most people reading my edits will see a lot of qualifiers in my statements.
