editI removed the listed fact that Ruark was "one of the youngest State's Attorneys in the history of Maryland." I cannot find any proof of this to reference. Dave (talk) 01:25, 28 March 2008 (UTC)
Removed Notability Tag. Ruark meets Wikipedia:Notability (people) per section on politicians which states "Major local political figures who have received significant press coverage." and meets the primary notability criterion of "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." Such reliable sources are referenced in the article (WBOC, Daily Times). Ruark received significant press coverage over the Michael Phelps DUI arrest and then his own DUI arrest.
