Should this page be called 'Unified National System'
editYes, the change was revolutionary. Yes, it was initiated by Minister John Dawkins. But the actual policy was called the 'Unified National System'. It did what it said on the tin: took the different parts of higher education system (universities, institutes of technology and colleges of advanced education) and unified them.
At the very least, could someone please add a redirect from 'Unified National System' to this page. At the moment, if you search for 'Unified National System', you get nothing.
