Does Anyone know where an individual can get a reading on real estate about the "Days on Market" so I can know when real estate has turned around. Either up or down.
Merger proposal
editI propose that Days on the Market Property be merged into Days on market. I think that the content in the Days on the Market Property article can easily be explained in the context of Days on market, and "Days on market" is a vastly more common term than "Days on the Market Property," as evidenced by comparing Google searches of the two terms. I'm seeing "About 3,860 results" for DOMP versus "About 20,400,000 results" for DOM. -- RDavi404 (talk) 14:43, 10 February 2016 (UTC)
Agreed - it doesn't make good sense for Days on market and Days on the Market Propertyto be two separate articles. Since "Days on market" is a more commonly used and generally understood term, can be used to discuss the methodologies for calculating this statistic in differrent contexts and different property markets, whereas "Days on the Market Property" is a more specific sub-topic which belongs to a specific market and context.
