...The DeLancey Brigaade is suppose to be New York's Official Police Force before the Revolution. I will conduct more information , due to the riot's and the Sheriff's of WestChester County New York whom were relatives to Oliver DeLancey Sr. Peter DeLancey was his older brother Peter's son also held the position of sheriff.
