Article on deal toys in Financial Times
editThere is a lengthy, interesting piece about deal toys in today's (26 February 2008) Financial Times newspaper. The article highlights the history of the deal toy, sighting Don McDonald as the inventor of the deal toy. I may not have time to rewrite this article incorporating material from the piece, much as I'd like to, so here's a link to the online version: Seal that deal with ... a toy duck. Merge
editIt seems pretty obvious that this article should be merged with Financial tombstone. I think it'd probably be better to merge that article into this one, since this article already has inline citations and generally seems higher-quality. (The other article also appears to be written largely by two editors, both of which have "Midton" in their name... They've also made a few edits here.) The other article seems to focus more on the production process than on the items themselves (which this one focuses on). Thoughts? --V2Blast (talk) 04:47, 19 July 2014 (UTC)
- Agreed and have merged the articles. Sargdub (talk) 20:04, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
