Not a single fault
editThere are two Death Valley fault zones, the northern and the southern (both right-lateral strike-slip structures) linked by the Black Mountains Fault zone, which is normal in type. I'm not entirely sure what to do about this, but there should probably be three separate articles on the Northern Death Valley Fault, the Southern Death Valley Fault and the Black Mountains Fault.
