Consequences

edit

The Consequences section of the article is (IMHO) non-neutral. It is based exclusively on an article published by La Nación newspaper of Buenos Aires. It is known by everyone that La Nación belongs to the opposition press, and has been very hostile and confrontative to kirchnerism, even before the 2008 Argentine government conflict with the agricultural sector. Allegations that Néstor, instead of Cristina, was the actual ruler of the Argentine presidency, and that she was a mere figurehead for her husband, were very common since she took office on December of 2007 (or even before: there is a famous assertion by journalist and right-wing lobbyist Mariano Grondona, before the 2007 presidential elections, that Cristina, if elected, was doomed to be a Chirolita (i.e. puppet) manipulated by her husband). Nevertheless, all such allegations were debunked by the loss of Néstor Kirchner. Sebasbronzini (talk) 11:26, 27 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

My mistake: the word used by Grondona wasn't Chirolita (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UGUDewdpoDE at time 2:57), but Cámpora; in any case, the sense of the idea is the same. Sebasbronzini (talk) 11:57, 27 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
Actually, yes, Néstor Kirchner was in charge of everything before his death. Kirchnerists and antikirchnerists make opposing conclusions of this fact, but none of them deny the fact itself. Wasn't Néstor Kirchner the man who negotiated with Moyano or the mayors? Wasn't there an internal reorganization after his death to fill those roles? Again: this is your opinion (and the opinion of an important fraction of the oppossition press that, in my humble opinion, was debunked by the very death of Néstor Kirchner). I do deny the fact that the allegations that Néstor Kirchner was in charge of everything can possibly be demonstrated. Others say (yes, I should find the sources) that Cristina ruled the presidency by herself, and that she appointed Néstor as her personal delegate and mediator for relationships between the Federal Government and the ruling party, and that's why Néstor had the task of negotiating with Moyano and others (not as the ruler in the shadows, or behind the scenes, but as a personal delegate of Cristina). What I wrote is not "my" opinion, but the opinion of the independent press. Similarily, I'm not interested in "your" opinion, but in opinions that may be atributed to reliable sources.
By the way, have in mind that praises to the government made by newspapers of low sales financed by the government itself may be dismissed as unreliable, so have that in mind when you search for sources Cambalachero (talk) 19:58, 28 October 2011 (UTC)Reply
