Neutrality
This article needs to be improved to be much less promotional and more neutral (looks fine to me now, not promotional, almost the opposite). The opening paragraph is rather like a sales pitch, and the article describes the founder as "a self-made man, and proud of it", whatever that means! I am adding an advert template so that this article gets cleaned up. (Additionally, there are quite a few spelling and grammar errors..) (grammar errors? do you mean "grammatical errors?)

Deezer updates
Hi all, as I work with Deezer's PR team I don't want to make these edits myself in the interest of transparency. However, the page is now out of date. Details below:
Deezer’s monthly active users have increased to 16 million, up from 12 million– http://thenextweb.com/mobile/2014/04/10/milk-music-now-underway-us-samsung-taps-deezer-tempt-music-fans-europe/?awesm=tnw.to_s3KDz
In April 2014, Deezer announced three brand new features: Flow, Playlist Radio and Deezer for Mac. Flow and Playlist Radio allow people to listen to personalised radios for free on their mobile and tablet, while Deezer for Mac seamlessly syncs existing music files already on your laptop or PC with your Deezer library - http://techcrunch.com/2014/04/10/following-spotify-deezer-goes-freemium-on-mobile/
In April, Deezer also announced a major European partnership with Samsung, that will see Samsung customers offered a free 6-month Premium+ subscription with every new Samsung handset purchased, including the S5 - http://www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/digital-and-mobile/6049064/samsung-partners-with-deezer-for-galaxy-streaming-deal
On 6 November 2013, Deezer launched two new features built around music discovery, Hear This and Explore. Hear This provides daily personalised recommendations based on your tastes, as well as handpicked recommendations from Deezer’s music experts. Explore enables users to search for new music by region and genre, which means they can get access to the best new music from over 180 countries where Deezer is present, wherever they are - http://www.theguardian.com/technology/2013/nov/06/deezer-streaming-music-spotify-discovery
In October 2013, Deezer launched Deezer Sessions, a series of stripped-back acoustic gigs recorded in London and in Deezer’s own studio in Paris. Artists have included Birdy, Franz Ferdinand, Kodaline, Asaf Avidan, Stromae, Metronomy, Roseaux, James Blunt and Gregory Porter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBKcTgw6JLk
In October 2013, Deezer partnered up with Universal Music to create an app allowing classical music fans to get the most out of music streaming. The launch of the app – available through Deezer’s app studio – coincided with the news that Universal’s entire classical catalogue is now available on Deezer, giving people access to more than two million pieces from some of the world’s leading labels including Deutsche Grammophon, Decca, and Accord. http://www.recordoftheday.com/news-and-press/deezer-unleashes-500-years-of-classical-music
October 2013 also saw Deezer integrate with the new BBC Playlister, which lets audiences add and save their favourite tracks heard on the BBC (radio and TV programmes) to a personal online playlist, get hand-picked recommendations from their favourite DJs and presenters, and export this to their Deezer playlists or profiles. http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/david-julian-price/play-for-today_b_4137845.html

Hi all,
Many thanks for making some recent changes to Deezer's page as requested.
There are still a couple of details that are factually incorrect on the page, namely Deezer’s monthly active users, which have increased from 12 million to 16 million – </ref> http://thenextweb.com/mobile/2014/04/10/milk-music-now-underway-us-samsung-taps-deezer-tempt-music-fans-europe/?awesm=tnw.to_s3KDz </ref>
Furthermore, in April Deezer also announced a major European partnership with Samsung, that will see Samsung customers offered a free 6-month Premium+ subscription with every new Samsung handset purchased, including the S5 - </ref> http://www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/digital-and-mobile/6049064/samsung-partners-with-deezer-for-galaxy-streaming-deal </ref> . Please note that this is different to the Samsung TV partnership announcement that is already mentioned on Deezer's Wikipedia page.
As I work with Deezer's PR team I don't want to make these edits myself in the interest of transparency.
Many thanks,
Antonia 82.111.146.18 (talk) 15:53, 15 May 2014 (UTC)
