The article looks very different now than it did then, and I don't see any glaring issues remaining, so I've boldly removed the tags. I did notice lack of (inline) references in 'Research Centres' and 'Civilian achievements' sections so added Template:Cite-section tags. 213.233.155.157 (talk) 18:49, 4 January 2020 (UTC)Reply
I mostly agree, but I have now removed the sections lacking independent sources since 2016. There had been neutrality issues remaining, praising the "numerous innovations and inventions" of the article subject. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 12:56, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
