The fact of the firm being the second-largest in the UK is not directly quotable from the CIPA List of Members - however it is easily verifiable from the List by counting the number of attorneys under each firm. This is not the sort of statistic that is widely reported. However, I very much doubt anyone in the field would dispute it. Marks + Clerk is by far the largest firm in the UK; Frank B Dehn is second, followed closely by Boult Wade Tennant; there is then a sizeable gap before the fourth-largest and beyond.
