Article should not contain words like "prestigious" and "exclusive" as these can be seen as WP:NPOV issues. Have added some links and removed the orphan tag. Don't know enough about the place to do much more, to be honest, being a southerner! Bubbahotep10:53, 18 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
some more could be added about the socialistic idea of the clubhouse built for all the residents (only) to use, being a fairly unusual idea, and in the top 2 most noteable things about DP. ~ Bungalowbill
