rewrote part of route 896 in Newark
editI do NOT think Elkton Road narrows to 2 lanes at Apple Road (in since-revised section). It might be 2 lanes there temporarily because of construction. If you continue NE on Elkton Road, Delaware Avenue will split off as a 1-way eastbound street, carrying business Del. 2 eastbound, Del. 273 eastbound, and Del. 896 northbound. There is a 1-block section of Elkton Road past that point which is 1-way SW-bound.
The previous alignment of Del. 896 in that area is still driveable, and I just put that in as well.
