Definatley notable for historical reasons the USTA had only existed 4 years so any club that was a member of the USTA warrants a page. Also meets WP Tennis Project Notability Historical tournaments. To remind eveyone an encyclopedia defination from Oxford Univerity. noun
a book or set of books giving information on many subjects or on many aspects of one subject and typically arranged alphabetically. In this case Tennis and therefore tours circuits tournaments tennis promoters tennis players are the many aspects of the one subject. Otherwise readers are not getting a complete history of tennis. Really then what's the point in having 1000s of player biographies if you can't direct readers to a tournament a player may have won to read more about it Fram?? And what's the point in having season articles if the final article is not accurately correct Fram?? As far as I'm concerned the tournament is listed to fit in with the season article guidelines and years in tennis guidelines. So look at 1931 in tennis Fram any attempt to compile e.g. 1886 in tennis can't accurately done if your deleting tournaments staged that year. It's not first time you've immediately jumped on an page before it's had time to be expanded, and less of the bitchy language you used for reasoning on your agd proposal, tbh I really can't be ars***d your obviously a Major jobs worth .
