Linda Lake

edit

There seems to be no information anywhere pertaining to Linda Lake. It looks dry in the satellite images on google. Is there any information on this lake? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.130.193.52 (talk) 08:01, 26 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Could Linda Lake have come from a big flood years ago when the residents had to use boats to get to their places of work?? They say it was in the 1950's I think. I heard there was standing water from a foot to three feet in places. Mr. Perry had to pick up Lola Mae Perry from the Perry Hardware store in a boat, because it was too deep for her to walk. He just rowed her right down the street to the house. There was a Linda Lynch living here then and the Lynches had a lot of property, so perhaps it was water on their land for some time. Just a thought! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.27.158.24 (talk) 03:54, 18 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
