Out of date information

"In the UK, the XP model comes with a either a 16GB or 8GB SSD, and the Ubuntu model has two options: 512MB RAM and a 4GB SSD or 1GB RAM and a 4GB SSD.[6]. In Australia, the only current option is XP with 16GB SSD and 1GB RAM.[7]"

I have just bought an Inspiron Mini 9 with Ubuntu. It came with 2Gb RAM and a 16Gb SSD.

Hacked?

There is no hacking involved to run Windows 7. Heck, there is no hacking of the system involved to run OSX, all the hacking is in the disc ISO. The system is untouched. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.102.126.200 (talk) 11:02, 12 May 2009 (UTC)

I have reverted this edit, but changed it to "This netbook has also been shown to successfully run Windows 7 and OSx86.". True, there is no "hacking" of the actual hardware involved, but it's still an impressive feat. Not to mention the fact that the Mini 9 is regarded as an "almost perfect" OSX portable (see www.mydellmini.com community forums).Blcollier (talk) 08:19, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

Not true. It _CAN_ be upgraded to 2GB, just do a search on Youtube. What is NOT clear is if it can be upgraded beyond 2GB.
