So I've been living in my own apartment for 8 years. My electric has never ever been this high! I had a bill for 800 cause I couldn't work due to COVID. So got help with salvation army who paid 500. Still got a bill the next month saying it wasn't paid so when I did finally get something after the 500 should've went down to 3. Ok said it was a promise of pay. So on top of that got help with shore up! My bill still say almost 800. Why it's not taking off. It's crazy so go look at my bill in being charged 200 plus a month! Ridiculous! I live alone I turn all my lights off and unplug everything! Call them they say it's heat! Lies! My heat has an automatic and an continue setting. Never have I ever had it on everlasting! I even turnt my heat off in the winter cause I be hot! According to them that's what 200 plus come from! Smh that's crazy because at my other spot I did the same thing never turned lights on was even working, I don't live with anything but my bill was 50 then! I think they are ridiculous and for us to have one power company y'all know it! Smh I need details in why my electric more than tripled! And it's not cause it's was chilly like the operator said! I don't use my heat! 2601:153:880:C260:143D:8BD0:7D51:2B3F (talk) 08:02, 23 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
