Should this be merged with the Ad Usum Delphini page?

edit

Somehow these two overlap, perhaps completely?--Kenmayer (talk) 19:32, 23 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Kenmayer: You're probably right. Since no one has responded to this comment in a year and since I myself am not sure how to go about doing this I used the requested help.

@Kenmayer and Aza24: This looks like something you could boldly do.
  • Step 1: move over the Hardy quote, if you think it's worthy of keeping
  • Step 2: check that there are no other bits of information here that are not already present there, move them if you think they're needed
  • Step 3: Turn the page into a REDIRECT to the other page
  • Step 4: Remove the See also section; there is no point having it point to the redirect
That's all it takes, it can be undone easily enough if someone objects, but it's hard to imagine what grounds they'd have for objecting. So just do it and see if it sticks. The fact that this suggestion has just been sitting here for over a year gives some idea of how much attention it gets.

There is no need to do anything to the talk pages. They can remain as they are. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:36, 17 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

OK. I merged the two articles and put in the redirect. Thanks! --Kenmayer (talk) 15:13, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Looks great, cheers! Aza24 (talk) 21:06, 22 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
