Explain the FedEx members

At the moment the first item says "All of the Federal Executive (FedEx) members" but doesn't explain further. I would suggest that we should expand that into a sub-list to identify who those people are since it's not further explained. Something like:

• All of the Federal Executive (FedEx) members:
  • The Federal Leader
  • The Federal Chairperson
  • The three Deputy Federal Chairpersons
  • The Chairperson of the Federal Council
  • The three Deputy Chairpersons of the Federal Council
  • The leaders of the DA caucuses in the National Assembly and the National Council of Provinces
  • The Federal Chairperson of Finance
  • The nine provincial leaders (or their nominees)
  • The chief whip in the National Assembly
  • The leader of each ancillary body (e.g. DA Youth, DA Women's Network, DA Abroad) or their nominee
  • The Chief Executive Officer (without voting rights)
  • Up to six co-opted members of the Federal Executive
