demographic issues
editwhat the hell does that mean eighty percent are of European or mixed-race origin? what the hell way is it to write a demographic? Zetareticoli89 (talk) 21:30, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
- as it happens I am checking the demographics of all the countries of South America, this item is the only one that contains such an ambiguity; when they have no data available, the others simply reporting "data not available" Zetareticoli89 (talk) 21:34, 17 October 2022 (UTC)
- ok, i found this data on the internet: 66% are european / castizo (mestizo), 14% again mestizo, 7% mulatto (always mestizo), 2.5 amerindians, 1% african, 0.2% asian, 0.7% others. This was a 2011 census. I realize there is some ambiguity here too, but it is a good step forward. Source: https://worldpopulationreview.com/countries/costa-rica-population

Total fertility rate contradiction
editIt looks like the TfR in the infobox is much lower than the TfR in the dedicated section of the article. Which number is correct? —Ynhockey (Talk) 23:26, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
