I came upon some information about the plant when I signed up to help propagate it. This is just a stub, I'll fill it in over the next few days.
I stopped because I haven't yet learned its full range, which is very important.

Thank you Wikipedia, for installing the proper format. There may be a small problem, to do with the spelling of "morbifera" vs. "morbiferus." The Wikipedia entry for "Dendropanax" has a list of species and one of them was "morbiferus." Yet, when I searched Google for "Dendropanax morbiferus" I got redirected to "Denropanax morbifera" with 768 links. When I insisted on the "morbiferus" spelling, there wasn't even a single hit. This is in line with printed literature I have from the Agency for Jeju Plant Resources (Republic of Korea), which also uses the "morbifera" spelling.
So I edited the "Dendropanax" page to switch spelling for that species, and explained why in the Talk page.
