Proposed article move and merge

Hello, I would like to propose to move this article to a new List of environmental agencies in the United States, merging it with Department of Environmental Management and Department of Natural Resources along the way. Retract: I've gone ahead and created the new article, List of environmental agencies in the United States, incorporating material from this and several other stub/ disambiguation pages.
